Ingredients
- 1 shot of Creme de Cacao, white
- 1 shot of Schnapps, peppermint
- Top up with 7-up
- Fill with Cream
- Decorate with Grenadine
- 1 small candy cane Candy
Mixing Instructions
Fill a highball glass with crushed ice and add shaken liqueurs top up glass with 7-up and then decorate with grenadine. To finish, garnish with whipped cream and a candy cane.

Next week one of our lovely event coordinators here at Office Christmas will be following the footsteps of Ali and Billy and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in aid of her father’s charity ‘Help for Heroes’.

After a gruelling six day hike ascending the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania Ali and Billy finally made it to the summit!

“The last day’s climb proved everything it was hyped to be. We were tired, suffering with altitude sickness and couldn’t move faster than a shuffle. On the way up we crossed paths with climbers who couldn’t make it to the top on their way down, they were looking very sorry for themselves…

This November Sam, Claire and James of Office Christmas, will be undertaking The Brooks Brighton 10k; a fast race along the seafront of Brighton & Hove starting and finishing on Madeira Drive.
The aptly named team ‘Cool Runnings’ will be training four nights a week in the mountainous Hanover area of Brighton in order to achieve their goal of completing the course and beating their personal bests….

Managing Director Alasdair Adam and Account Manager Billy Mauseth will be flying out to Tanzania to ascend Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. Leaving late September the pair will climb for six days, hiking the varying terrain of the gigantic inactive volcanoes before finally pushing themselves to the summit where they will face tough conditions such as high altitude and loose rock underfoot….
